The National Mosque encouraged and supported staff to acquire additional qualifications such as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. The Mosque enrolled its staff at the Academy to study Arabic, Quran and Islamic studies.  The National Mosque is also partnering with the Abuja Enterprise Agency in the training of women and youths in skill acquisition, manpower development and youth empowerment. The Mosque has over the years sponsored the less privileged for Skill Acquisition at the different training centres, within and outside Abuja.
